JŪ JULI SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PRODUCTION

Most Jū Juli products require approximately 5–7 business days for production and order preparation. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

After production is complete, shipping usually takes approximately 4–6 business days. Most orders should arrive within an estimated 9–13 business days after purchase.

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Available shipping methods and costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the customer’s location and order.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment has begun.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package is delayed, lost, or delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier first and then contact Jū Juli through jujuli.store/pages/contact. We will assist with the investigation whenever possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. International delivery times may vary because of customs processing.

CUSTOM TEAM KITS

Production and delivery timelines for customized team kits are provided separately with each order. Timelines begin after the final design, roster, sizing, and payment have been approved.
